| Despite
the demise of the VR in recent years, ECW bodied double
deckers can still be seen in the fleet on both Leyland Olympian and Atlantean chassis. Here two Olympians can be seen - 627 (TSO 27X) which was acquired from sister Company Strathtay Buses in 1999. Behind it is 663 (NKU 663X) which was acquired from Yorkshire Traction in 2000. 627's ex-Scottish origins are immediately obvious with the triangular layout of the destination display.
