In 1959 the LRCC acquired two Bedford OBs from Eastern National and

one from Western National and a futher one from the latter company in

1960. It is the latter which is illustrated here. 2094 (LTA 752), new in 1950,

was converted to "open-sided" for use at Skegness. This particular vehicle

was withdrawn by the LRCC in 1968 and has been immaculately preseved

by K. Dennis of Wainfleet. Amongst its other appearances, it features in

the annual Skegness Carnival Parade. (Photos: K. Dennis)
