Delaine Buses Ltd. (Bourne)

Volvo Olympian / Northern Counties M1 OCT is one of six of the

type owned by Delaine. Beside it is Volvo B10M Citybus / East

Lancashire P1 OTL. The location is the Company's depot at Bourne.

 

A24 OVL is a Leyland Tiger / Duple and was new to Delaine in 1983. It

is seen at Stamford bus station before departure to Bourne.

RCT 3 is a Leyland Titan PD3 / Yeates which was new in 1960. It was

photographed whilst at the Queensgate bus station in Peterborough.

 

In the fleet but privately preserved is KTL 780 a Leyland Titan PD2

with Willowbrook body. It is seen at Bourne during the Company's

fourth Vintage Running Day and Gathering on August 24th, 1986.

 

MTL 750 is a 1958 Leyland Tiger Cub with Yeates body and is

currently owned by the Leicester Museum of Technology.

 

Unfortunately ALM 59B is no longer in the fleet but has been nicely

reproduced as a Corgi model.

 

Volvo Olympian M2 OCT departs from Peterborough on August 25th 2001

with a service 102 to Bourne.

 

Volvo Olympian M1 OCT arrives from Peterborough on August 25th 2001.

 

Volvo B7TL / East Lancs 130 (X7 OCT) is Delaine's first low-floor

double decker and was new to the fleet in December 2000. It is seen

at Langtoft en-route from Bourne to Peterborough.
