2113 (DBE 185), an ECW bodied Bristol K6A, was new to the LRCC in 1946. It is seen at Grantham bus station before working the town service 32B. Behind it are a range of classic vehicle making the whole scene resemble what would now be a vintage bus rally ! |
| 2118 (DBE 190) another Bristol K6A, is seen at Boston Market Place on service 58 to Skirbeck Church, once one of a rather complex number of town services. Surprisingly, apart from the bus, the view has changed little ! | ![]() |

Another view at Boston Market Place, this time of 2136 (GBE 846). The destination unhelpfully displays "TOWN SERVICE" which was one reason why the writer once found himself on a bus for Fenside instead of Skirbeck Church ! |
| At Spalding bus station, 2119 (OFW 354) stands before working a service 65 to Holbeach. The vehicle to the left belongs to Holme Delight, who have long since ceased trading. | ![]() |

Another K6A, this time at Skegness Drummond Road bis station about to depart on the route 90 to Mablethorpe. Boards advertise Iced Drinks for 6d whilst a poster gives details of excursions to Woodhall Spa and Tattershall Castle. Although the bus and bus station have long since gone the route still exists. |
| Colour views of Bristol K's in the LRCC fleet are rare which is why this view of 2116 (DBE 188) taken at Newark was included. | ![]() |

The final view is of 2138 (JBE 869), a Bristol KSW6G with ECW H32/28R body which was new to the LRCC in January 1952. It is seen at the Skegness bus station working a duplicate 93A to Anchor Lane. It was withdrawn in 1968 and is currently owned and awaiting restoration by Mike Gallagher and is illustrated on this site. |
